Problem / Challenge
- The existing (or no) online presence made it difficult for HimalayaS Education to reach its target students effectively.
- Course information was scattered; potential students found it hard to navigate what programs were offered, pricing, and how to enroll.
- Credibility was low without a well-designed, professional website — this is especially important for education providers.
- The website needed to be mobile-friendly because a significant portion of students browse on phones.
- A lead-capture mechanism was needed to collect inquiries, signups, and enrollment requests.
- SEO was required to help HimalayanS Education appear in search results for training / education services.
Solution / Approach
Planning & Discovery
- Held meetings / interviews with Himalayas Education stakeholders to understand their goals, course offerings, and student personas.
- Defined site structure including main sections: Home, Courses / Training Programs, About, Contact, Admissions / Enrollment, Blog (if applicable).
- Mapped user flows for students: exploring courses → requesting more info → enrollment inquiry.
Design
- Developed a clean, professional design that conveys trust, learning, and growth.
- Used brand colors, fonts, and visual style consistent with their educational identity.
- Designed responsive layouts: desktop, tablet, and mobile to ensure accessible course exploration.
Development
- Built the website on a CMS (such as WordPress) for ease of content updates by the client.
- Created course listing / catalog pages where each course has its own detail page (curriculum, duration, cost, outcomes).
- Implemented an inquiry / enrollment form: prospective students can submit their details to request more information or apply.
- Integrated a blog / news section (if part of the client’s strategy) to post educational articles, announcements, or student success stories.
- Added a testimonial section to display feedback from students or alumni (if available).
- Included a contact page with a map / address + contact form
Optimization
- Ensured the website is mobile-first; optimized all pages for mobile load speed.
