  • Worked closely with Home seekers’ team to understand their business model, key services (sales, leasing, property management). 
  • Defined user journeys: “looking to buy,” “leasing,” “property management,” etc.
  • Developed a sitemap with key sections: About Us, Listings, Services, Contact, Submit Property.

Design

  • Clean, professional UI to reflect the high-trust nature of real estate.
  • Use of color scheme and typography to align with real estate professionalism.
  • Clear calls-to-action: “Submit Property,” “Contact Agent,” etc.

Development

  • Built on a CMS (e.g., WordPress) for easy content management (you can adapt this depending on what you actually used).
  • Property listing system: pages showing properties, filters for type, location, price, etc.
  • Integration of contact forms or inquiry forms for users to reach out to agents.
  • Submission form for property owners to list their properties (“Submit Property” feature).
